It has an elevator and all. Price, well not much. Only 100L á week and you can put 150 prims. The area is very quiet.

I called the land "Rob's village", so there are also other house to rent. These two beneath, go have a look. Ok you pay more but you also can put more prims, it is still cheap tho :-)
The ultimate in my village is a little castle. You can do whatever you want. It has some furniture. Which I can remove if you want.
All the places have automatic rentalbox. The doors can be locked. And can have access lists. Also all the windows are one way view. Meaning, you can look out but not in.

This weekend, Saterday and Sunday my sisters and my team Porta's tigers, organises a funfair.

And I made a stage, I am still busy to fill it tho, however it looks like at least on life artist is going to fill it for some. Later more about that.

Only three floors are used. I life on the topfloor and use the roof too.
The groundfloor is used by someone as an art-gallery.

In front of the building is still lots of space left.
But a s a sauna lover I have put a sauna on the space in front.
It was long beyond bedtime when I was finished
Oh of course there is one floor used by someone to prevent the loft from being squated :-)

The thing is for sale! Including 1536 sqm land.
It is big. The ground itself supports 351 objects, and the castle is 51 objects. In case you buy this property the castle is fully open, meaning you can sell it copy the castle and also you can modify it.
A nice and quiet place to have as your own. Go and have look and decide :-)
Oh uh..
The windows are one-way-look, can look out, but not in.

Na zo een vier maanden te hebben gelanterfantet, heb ik eindelijk iets groots gedaan in SL. Samen met Narda heb ik nu een winkelcentrum annex club annex worksjop-ruimte. Narda heeft het meeste gebouwd, of eigenlijk alles. :-)
Oja ik heb een watervalletje gemaakt.
Hieronder, kijk nou toch, heeft Narda gemaakt. Zij kan echt bouwen.
Nog een winkeltje echt leuke dingen. Creativiteit hier
Hmm..zit ik met mijn fotootjes te leuren. :-) Dis veel mooier.
Elke keer zie ik weer nieuwe dingen, Narda blijft de boel veranderen, gelukkig hoef ik niet te helpen sjouwen :-) Nu waren er ineens trappen.
De club, we moeten snel eens een feest organiseren.
Niet zomaar een club, ook nog een knus plekkie om te lounchen.

my businessPosted by Rob Monday, March 12 2007 10:53:29Zaterdag had ik mijn keuken af, in RL, dus vandaag mocht ik van mezelf wat langer in SL bezig zijn :-).
Ik heb mijn land leeg gemaakt en ben begonnen met een sjop te bouwen.
Eerst de vloer

Daarna wat muren en grote glasplaten, ik wil veel licht namelijk.
Het dak erop. Het is een beginnende sjop dus ik had geen geld voor dure dakbedekking. Golfplatendak dus, ik hoop maar dat het zomers niet te warm wordt.
De laatste dakplaten, pannen-biertje genomen. Dat is een ouwe gewoonte uit de bouw, als het hoogste punt in een gebouw wordt bereikt drinken de bouwvakkers daar een biertje op.
Hieronder het resultaat. Zuinig geweest met de prims het zijn in totaal maar 18 prims. Maarja de inrichting moet nog
Alle spullen die ik had neergezet om te delen, zijn nu dus tijdelijk weg. De komende weken ga ik de sjop inrichten en spullen neerzetten om te delen en natuurlijk om te verkopen.
